Pool Fountain FAQ:

1. If the fountain is not working, please take the following steps: (1) Completely submerge the fountain in water for five seconds with the fountain running. (2) Check the bottom filter for blockage (leaves, etc.), and clear if needed.

2. Fountain stream does not reach 36 inches: a) Long Press light button to turn on the device. b) Press the fountain button once to enter Maximum Spray mode, and the Fountain will spray at maximum height. (Since the fountain system needs to be activated, even in max fountain mode, it will take a little time to start spraying up to the highest.) c) If there is no water spray, or the water spray is not high, we recommend that you can Completely submerge the fountain in water for five seconds with the fountain running.

3. Battery only lasts about two hours with full charge: The fountain comes with a convenient automatic shut-off System that takes effect after two hours of use. If you want to continue using it, just turn it on again.

4. Warmth reminder: When the fountain is operating normally, you may notice a little noise from the product. Please be assured that this is a normal phenomenon.

Maximum Spray Mode: Our floating pool fountain can spray water up to 3 feet high. There is a fountain mode button on it, you can switch the water spray mode at will. Press once: Maximum Spray mode, the Fountain will spray at maximum height. (Note: In order to use it better, please completely submerge the fountain in water for five seconds with the fountain running. It needs a little time when start to spray up to the highest since the fountain system needs to be activated.) Press again: Random Spray mode (The height of the spray water will rise and fall) Press third time: the unit OFF

Random Spray Mode: When the pool fountain is in random spray mode, it will automatically switch the height of the the spray. The ripples it makes across the surface of the water is perfect. You will love sitting outside listening to the water.

LED Light Show: Our pond fountain has 6 modes of colorful underwater light. It's just bright enough to create a fun light show in the water. You can easily switch the light by pressing the button. Mode (1) Short Press once: Full Color Light Show; Slow. Mode (2) Short Press again: Full Color Light Show; Fast Mode (3) Short Press third time: Full Color Light Show; Random Fast/Slow. Mode (4) Short Press fourth time: RED light only Mode (5) Short Press fifth time: GREEN light only. Mode (6) Short Press sixth time: BLUE light only

Upper Flash Lights: When the spray button is turned on, the upper LED lights on the pool fountain will automatically turn on and flash. Absolutely beautiful as the fountain slowly twirls with the movement of the water & Lights are very good at night which is great to turn it on while the kids are playing in the pool. Also you can sit by the pool or pond and just watch the fountain float around with beautiful light at the same time. Double Waterproof: Our R&D team designed double waterproof protection for the fountain. When water enters the charging port, JUST pour out the water, it can still work normally.
